Hexvyo is a curated apparel label operated by Nanyang Wancheng Miaocaotang Hair & Skincare Studio, offering premium knitwear and seasonal collections to customers worldwide.
All prices on the site are in US dollars. We add sales tax at checkout for applicable US states. For the UK and EU-27 we quote prices VAT-prepaid at checkout; for other international destinations the customer is responsible for duties and taxes on arrival.
Each piece is cut as part of a limited seasonal drop. We don't guarantee restocks. If a piece sells out before you check out, we'll let you know and refund any charge.
Clicking "Place order" is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send a shipping confirmation. Up until that email, either side can cancel without consequence.
Risk passes to you when the carrier marks the package as delivered. For packages lost in transit (never scanned delivered), we file the claim with the carrier and reship or refund. For packages stolen from a doorstep after delivery, we help you file a police report but cannot replace at our cost.
All editorial copy, product photography, and page design on hexvyo.com are our work. Please don't scrape, mirror, or republish. If you want to use an image for a review, pull, or press piece, email hello@hexvyo.com — we'll almost always say yes.
Our maximum liability on any order is the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for allergic reactions to dye or fiber, improper laundering, alterations by a third-party tailor, or any indirect / consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Email hello@hexvyo.com with "Legal" in the subject line for any dispute — most issues can be resolved directly.
