Privacy

The short version: we need your name and shipping address to send you the pieces you ordered. We don't share any of that with advertisers. If you want us to delete it, write to us.

What we hold

• Order records: your name, shipping and billing addresses, email, phone (optional), and the pieces you bought. US tax law requires us to keep order records for 7 years.
• Payment data: handled by our third-party payment processor. We only ever see "Visa ending 4242" — never the full card number.
• Email conversations: everything you've written to us, stored so a different editor can pick up a thread without asking you to repeat yourself.
• Site analytics: IP, device, pages visited — through a first-party analytics tool. No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.

What we do with it

Fulfill orders, answer emails, decide which fabric to call about next, send the issue newsletter if you've asked for it. We don't resell data to anyone. We don't share it with brokers.

Your controls

You can ask to see, correct, or delete any of this at any time. Email hello@hexvyo.com with "Data" in the subject line. We honor deletion requests within 30 days (except the order records we're legally required to keep for 7 years).

Service providers who touch your data

Third-party payment processor (payments), USPS and DHL (shipping), Postmark (transactional email). All GDPR / CCPA compliant. None resell your info.
