Thirty days to decide

Received a piece that doesn't fit the way you'd hoped? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is on you unless we sent a defective item or the wrong size.

How to send a return

1. Email hello@hexvyo.com with your order number and a one-line note.
2. We reply within one business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the ship-to address.
3. Pack the piece back in its original tissue, write the RA number on the outside of the mailer, and send.
4. Refund posts back to your original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving your return.

Condition we expect

Unworn (tried on in front of a mirror is fine), unlaundered, with the original hangtag attached. For knitwear: no pilling, no visible stretching from wear, no pet hair. For dresses: no deodorant transfer at the arms, no makeup at the collar.

Defective pieces or wrong item

Email a photo within 7 days of delivery. We cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost. If the piece is sold out, we refund in full.

Final-sale pieces

Sample-sale pieces (marked Final Sale on the product page) and gift cards are not eligible for returns, except in the case of a defect.
