Orders placed before 11 a.m. (UTC+8) leave our warehouse the same business day. After 11, the next business day. Pre-order pieces (marked Pre-order on the product page) ship when the issue launches — the date is on each product listing.
Everywhere else, email us before you order and we'll quote.
Every piece is folded in acid-free tissue, slipped into a recycled kraft envelope stamped with the drop issue number, and shipped in a corrugated box. We don't use plastic polymailers.
You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking link the moment the label prints. If a package goes silent for more than 72 hours past that, write to us — we'll chase down the carrier.
